We are NIEasy (Didier Dirks, Calle Francisco Salas 5 3D, 28039 Madrid, España — "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

We operate the website https://nieasy.es (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

NIEasy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We act as an intermediary, streamlining your access to the correct administrative procedures for obtaining your NIE and residency documentation in Spain.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NIEasy concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

NIEasy provides document preparation, form completion, and appointment scheduling assistance for EU/EEA/Swiss citizens seeking to obtain their NIE number or register as residents in Spain. The information provided through our Services is not intended as legal advice and should not be treated as such. We recommend consulting a qualified immigration lawyer for complex legal situations.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, databases, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means
• Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed in Euros (€).

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. We may change prices at any time and reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data from the Services to compile a database or directory without written permission
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
• Circumvent or interfere with security-related features of the Services
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful material
• Engage in any automated use of the system, including bots or scrapers
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us commercially
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. Such websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us, and we are not responsible for any third-party content. Inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement. If you leave our Services to access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk and these Legal Terms no longer govern.

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Your data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements.

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the Services to any person, for any reason, including breach of these Legal Terms, without notice or liability. If we terminate your access, you are prohibited from re-registering under any name without our express permission.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time and for any reason without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times and accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or discontinuance of the Services.

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. If your habitual residence is in the EU, you additionally retain the protection provided by the mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform which you can access. If you would like to bring any matter to our attention, please contact us at hello@nieasy.es first so we can attempt to resolve it directly.

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content and assume no liability for errors, inaccuracies, personal injury, or property damage resulting from your use of the Services.

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any cause shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the one (1) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless — including our officers, agents, partners, and employees — from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your use of the Services; breach of these Legal Terms; any breach of your representations and warranties; or your violation of the rights of any third party.

The Client designates NIEasy to act as their representative and to take all necessary actions on the Client's behalf for obtaining their Spanish NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero). NIEasy acts as an intermediary, coordinating with Spanish representatives and, where applicable, notarisation partners.

Scope of Work

• Document preparation: Completing all required forms on your behalf, including Form EX-18
• Appointment scheduling: Securing an appointment at the designated police station or immigration office
• Document verification: Reviewing your documents before submission to avoid errors or rejections
• On-the-day support: Telephone support available throughout your appointment
• Digital delivery: Sending a digital copy of your completed documentation by email

Service Fee

The government fee is paid separately by the client directly to Spanish authorities. It is not included in our service fee.

Refund Policy

NIEasy is committed to processing your application efficiently. Should we fail to deliver within the advertised timeframe due to our own oversight, you are entitled to a partial refund. This policy does not cover delays caused by: police appointment availability, Spanish authority processing times, public holidays, or the client's failure to provide accurate information promptly.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided we have not yet scheduled an appointment or submitted documents on your behalf
• Cancellation requests after 24 hours are non-refundable
• To initiate a cancellation, contact hello@nieasy.es with your order details
• Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method

Users of NIEasy are advised to perform their own due diligence and seek personalised advice from qualified professionals before making any legal, financial, or immigration decisions.

NIEasy is not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisor. We function solely as an intermediary, helping you navigate the administrative process of obtaining your NIE or residency documentation in Spain. All document preparation is handled by our team, but we do not provide legal representation or advice. For complex legal situations, please consult a qualified immigration lawyer.

NIEasy disclaims any liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of reliance on the information or services provided through our platform.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and NIEasy. Our failure to exercise any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver. If any provision of these Legal Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and NIEasy as a result of these Legal Terms.
