NIEasy is an independent administrative support company. We have no connection to the Policía Nacional, the Ministerio del Interior, the Ministerio de Inclusión, the Seguridad Social, or any other Spanish public body — official or otherwise.

We don't issue NIE numbers, residencia certificates, or any other official document. Those come exclusively from the Spanish authorities. What we do is help you get there.

We take care of the administrative side of your application so you don't have to figure it out alone. Concretely, that means:

• Checking and preparing your documents before anything gets submitted
• Giving you personalised instructions, checklists, and ready-to-use templates
• Booking your appointment with the right authority
• Handling powers of attorney where applicable
• Managing the full process from start to finish on your behalf
• Being available by phone on the day of your appointment

We handle the preparation. The Spanish government handles the decision.

That's entirely up to the Spanish authorities — typically the Policía Nacional for NIE applications. They review, decide, and issue. We have no involvement in that part of the process and no ability to influence the outcome.

What we can do is make sure your application arrives correctly prepared, complete, and ready for review — which makes a real difference in practice.

Using NIEasy is completely optional. You can apply for a NIE, residencia, or any other Spanish document yourself, directly through the government — for free. That option always exists and we'll never suggest otherwise.

Our fees cover the time, coordination, and expertise we provide — nothing else. They are not government fees and no part of what you pay us goes to any Spanish authority. The only official cost in a NIE application is the roughly €12 Form 790 fee, which you pay directly to a Spanish bank yourself.

Everyone's situation is a little different, but most of our customers come to us because:

• Spanish bureaucracy is hard to navigate without speaking the language
• They're not in Spain yet and need someone on the ground
• They want to get it right first time and avoid a rejection
• They simply don't have the time or patience to deal with it themselves
• They've already tried once and it didn't go well

We make the process manageable. But the appointment, the review, and the final document always remain in official hands.
