In 2020, I moved to Madrid and immediately got humbled by Spanish bureaucracy. Weeks of refreshing the government portal. Midnight appointment attempts. Two wrong booking types. And when I finally had an appointment I was turned away for a document nobody had told me about.
I helped enough friends go through the same thing to realise this wasn't bad luck. It's just how it works. Or how it worked.
I love this country. I wanted moving here to feel possible for everyone β not just the people stubborn enough to figure it out. So in 2025 I built NIEasy: the service I desperately needed five years ago.
